Ofed for Ubuntu 19.10

I see it is not officially supported, is anyone able to get ofed running on 19.10?

i get as far as:

Installing new packages

Installing ofed-scripts-4.7…

Installing mlnx-ofed-kernel-utils-4.7…

Installing mlnx-ofed-kernel-dkms-4.7…

Failed to install mlnx-ofed-kernel-dkms DEB

/var/lib/dkms/mlnx-ofed-kernel/4.7/build/make.log for more information.

dpkg: error processing package mlnx-ofed-kernel-dkms (–configure):

installed mlnx-ofed-kernel-dkms package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 10

Errors were encountered while processing:

mlnx-ofed-kernel-dkms

Many thanks for posting your question on the Mellanox Community.

As you stated, currently we do not support Ubuntu 19.10. In the next release of Mellanox OFED, Ubuntu 19.10 will be supported.

We did a quick test in the lab. As of now, we were not able to successfully rebuild the drivers for Ubuntu 19.10 even with the options ’ --without-dkms --force --distro ubuntu19.10 --add-kernel-support’

But you can use the Mellanox modules provided by the distribution (INBOX Drivers) without any issues.
