Hello there.
I have an urgent problem and no one has solved it so far.
My problem is that I have a CAM (Image Processing) program running on an Intel UHD Graphics 770 graphics card without any problems.
And in order to run this program smoothly, I have collected a new system, the system I have collected is as follows I5-134000F-RTX4060Ti video card, and when I try to run this program on this new system I have collected, it says that the model is shaded from the file in the program and causes excessive cramping.
I have consulted many forums and many people, no one has any idea. The program is old Version 2012, I thought it was related to DirectX versions, but Intel UHD Graphics 770 supports Directx 12.
And when I did a little more research, I came to the following conclusion. Intel UHD Graphics 770’s Shading Mode version is 6.4 - RTX4060Ti Shading Mode version is 6.7, will this difference cause the program to crash due to this difference?
Please help me, I need to solve this system urgently, this system business system CNC machines do not work properly.
I bought it because I didn’t think there would be such a problem when I put the system together. I can’t update the program to the new version and I can’t change my system.
