Operating System Performance Difference when booting from NVME SSD vs SD Card

I have an Xavier NX, and I am pondering whether to setup the OS to run from an SD Card or an NVME SSD. I am used to the speed of the EMMC onboard the TX2, however the 16GB EMMC on the Xavier NX is not large enough for me. Should I expect a speed difference in the actual Operating System performance if I have the OS loaded to the SSD rather than the SD card?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

What kind of performance you want to know? If this is related to file read/write then it will have difference.
