Orin Devkit - Flashing to Device Fails - Does not support NFS Export

Using NVIDIA SDK Manager - After target image creation and identifying the Orin Nano device - flashing step fails with error -

/home/ubuntu/nvidia/nvidia_sdk/JetPack_5.1.2_Linux_JETSON_ORIN_NANO_TARGETS/Linux_for_Tegra/tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash_internal.sh --no-flash --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_t234_nvme.xml --showlogs --network usb0 -p -C nv-auto-config -p --no-systemimg -c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml jetson-orin-nano-devkit internal

Are you using docker or virtual machines to flash the device?
Or the disk format of your host PC is not ext4?
