PCI card not recognized after disk encryption and Secure Boot activation - Orin NX 16GB - Advantech

Hi everyone,

After encrypting the disk and activating Secure Boot on my device, the PCI card is not recognized. I’m trying to understand why this is happening. Can someone give me a hint on this issue? I’ve attached the log to this topic.

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin NX?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

What do you mean about “PCI card”?
Is that an NVMe SSD connected on the board through PCIe interface?

The PCI card I mean a PCI Express slot on a custom board.

I’m using a custom board.

There’s also PICe slot on the devkit board(Orin Nano devkit p3768).

Could you compare if the issue is specific to the custom carrier board?
If so, please review if there’s any custom design difference from HW.
