Does Orin Nano PCIE interface support P/N Lane inversion as well? Can I swap pin 157 and pin 155 to avoid routing looparound?

Yes, as you can see in the Design Guide in DLC: Lane reversal and polarity inversion (P/N swapping) is supported per controller.
