I have a problem figuring out what is the output voltage of the PEX_Lx_RST_N signals?
I saw on the manual that it’s connected to 3.3V using 4.7k pull-up resistor.
So, if my FPGA needs 1.8V input, do I need to use a level translator?

It depends on the Vl/Vh request of your FPGA, in general a level shift is necessary.
