Issue Description: I want to configure a AGX Orin using C6 to be connected as PCIE EP to another Orin(RP)(which is verified by other EP devices). The issue is that my EP can not be recognized by the RP. By the way, for the PCIE connection, there is only data lines are connected (TX < - > RX), GND is connected, no other connection (no refclk, no sidepins). what I should set in the DTS. I attached the changes I made in DT. thank you!
