Pebble Keys 2 K380s keyboard does not work on jetpack 6.0

I have a pebble keys 2 k380s keyboard. When I connect it to a jetson agx orin 64gb, a window appears with a pin code that needs to be entered on the keyboard. I enter the pin code (the keyboard works and the pin code is entered), the connection is established and it seems that the keyboard should work, but it does not. That is, when I enter the pin code, it works, and when I have already entered it and it has successfully connected, it stops working.

I checked it on macos and it works. I checked it on ubuntu 22.04 on another laptop - it works. And on ubuntu 22.04 on AGX Orin it does not work.

I’ve spent 4-5 hours trying to solve the problem, reinstalling the bluetooth drivers - nothing helps. How can I solve this problem?

Package: nvidia-jetpack
Version: 6.0-b52
Architecture: arm64
Maintainer: NVIDIA Corporation
Installed-Size: 194
Depends: nvidia-jetpack-runtime (= 6.0-b52), nvidia-jetpack-dev (= 6.0-b52)

Could you help to try with the latest JetPack 5.1.3 release to see if can work?

Do I understand correctly that I will need to completely reinstall jetpack, which will destroy all my files and the configured system that has been set up for several days? Are there no other options ?

Hello. I bought a logi bolt - it works fine with ubuntu 22.04 on another laptop, but it doesn’t want to work at all on AGX Orin. Can you help with this or is your advice to uninstall 6 jepack and install version 5 the only thing to do? It took me a lot of time to set up the whole system and I can’t just wipe it all for the sake of a keyboard

Hi,
It looks like the device needs additional kernel config. Please check this. You can refer to developer guide to enable the certain config and rebuild kernel.
