Possibilities of synchronizing tegra with gsync / freesync monitor?

Does anyone have any technical insights on synchronizing the tegra (x1/x2) with a gsync/freesync monitor?

I’ve noticed a linux driver has been released for x86[1], any updates regarding tegra/arm?

The Tegra does not support G-SYNC.
