Problem with SDK Manager - Could not load NVIDIA SDK Details

@wuanlei,

Your account is unblocked, please try now.

Thanks,
Tom

My problem is solved. But I want to understand why my account is blocked?

Thanks,
Anlei

Hi @wuanlei,

Some accounts get blocked due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. The system sees this as a brute-force attack and blocks the IP address for safety reasons.

Ok, I see.
Thanks!

@TomNVIDIA please check my account as well. I got the same issue although I did not try to login many times.

@nha.tuan84

I have the team looking into your account now. I will update back here once I have information.

Best,
Tom

Your account is in good standing, can you please try again? If you still experience issues, please provide the exact steps that you are taking, browser version, OS, and geo where you are located.

@TomNVIDIA hi I’m trying to install doca with the sdkmanager from the command line but despite the connection working correctly I get this message: “failed to get configuration file from the server. Please check your network connectivity”
