Render output resolution issue

Our project is on hold until I figure this out, so several people is waiting for me and I cant’t understand why I have this problem;

Required info:

Computer specs:
3090
2080ti
i9 gen 10 (10core)
128gb ram
ssd

Console Log last export:

There are a lot of messages, but I have no idea what they mean.

I can upload the logs directory, but I can’t see any upload button on this forum post creation window.

Reproducible steps:

Spherical equirectangular camera, (can not use RTX realtime, because the spherical camera does not work properly on that)
Export render using RTX path tracing at 8192x4096
Export render using Iray 8192x4096

I set the export resolution to 8192 by 4096, it is a spherical camera, so I’m exporting a 360 equirectangular image.
Problem:
Exported image has the resolution of 2200x1183

If I change the resolution to 4096x2048 (same ratio) I get the same resolution output.
Ratio is the same, but why doesn’t it export to the defined resolution?

PS. tried exporting with the “perspective” camera, same problem.

Hope someone can help, it would be very much appreciated :)

Hi @steffen ,
I don’t really have a solution but maybe can try troubleshoot with this as a first step as I suspect the issue could be related to 2080ti running out of memory.

Try disable multi GPU and only render on the 3090 and see if it works.

Update: I tried rendering and I manage to output to 8192 by 4096 although I don’t know if the camera settings is the same.
