I think the SIPL camera sample is just application demo how to use SIPL camera drvier, not the driver in the following document:

Dear david_zhu,

Regarding the ISC driver source and material, could you please ask your using camera partners(ON Semi/Sony) to provide the drive and material and place this on top of the NVIDIA SDK? Thanks.
