Setup the Orin nano but gets stuck in the first time

Hi Dears

Setup the Orin nano but gets stuck in the first time. Then heat up to restart the system. The system run after a few seconds. Only one module get stuck, the other is OK. Can you help to check if this module can RMA？

How did you “set up” your Orin Nano? It is common that even the first setup method may not be correct so better clarifying this first.
