Hi Everyone, does anyone have experience with soldering eMMC storage onto orin nano SOM and booting from that directly? I’d like to know which eMMC part is preferable and is there any known errata in this regard ?

It is not possible to work because there is totally no sdmmc/sdio pin that could be used on Orin Nano.
Orin Nano/NX modules don’t have any eMMC signals on the module connector.

I’m more interested in soldering eMMC directly onto the module not the baseboard - there are pads visible and looks like I can either have sdcard or eMMC soldered at once; now we are using sdcard to boot, I was wondering if by chance we can switch to eMMC

There are many qualification and configuration works to get the eMMC work on module correctly.
We do not have the plan to support it for Orin Nano.
