Thanks, @CarlosR92
I’ve been building from source and it works great. Any word on official support from Nvidia? It’d be nice for Imx477 to work “out of the box”? Was hoping for JP 4.5 but I guess it’s not ready yet.

Hello, after following the steps of the README. Continue appearing this error
Error generated. /dvs/git/dirty/git-master_linux/multimedia/nvgstreamer/gst-nvarguscamera/gstnvarguscamerasrc.cpp, execute:645 No cameras available
I do not know where is the problem.

Hello,
I have the same issue, too.
Hi.
I am trying to get an Rpi HQ cam (IMX477) working with my Jetson Nano 2GB module (without HW modification). I believe this camera is supported: https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/learn/jetson-nano-2gb-devkit-user-guide#id-.JetsonNano2GBDeveloperKitUserGuidevbatuu_v1.0-Camera.
I have been following the ReadMe.txt file within RPi_IMX477_Support_Nano_2GB, but I am getting stuck on step 4. This is what I’m getting:
BLOB PATH:
/usr/sbin/bl_update_payload_imx477

The device bootloader version is 32.6.1, please use higher version to update!
Is the driver outdated?
Also, could you please clarify this section:
“To use the customized dtb and generate the payload itself for IMX477, you will need access to a x86 host. On the host”
I’m new to Jetson and would like to use this camera with opencv. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
@jacques.johnston , if you use JetPack 4.6, then the process is very simple and you dont need to do anything manual or any extra package download. You can directly configure for IMX477 using Jetson IO tool
Hi Suhash,
Cheers for the prompt response. I can confirm that the Jetson I-O tool worked for me. However, I needed to reinstall my operating system first, as previous attempts to install the NVIDIA driver from the download center broke something.
Thanks!
