SYS_RESET* about Orin NX

Hi,
I have question about SYS_RESET* of the Jetson Orin NX.
I want to reset the Jetson Orin NX when the carrier board is powered on.

How long should SYS_RESET* be low by the carrier board?

I read the documents(DS v0.5 and DG v1.0) but I couldn’t find hold time(unit ms) of “Low”

Its debounce timing is programmable from 5ms ~ 80ms.
