We’re not able to know what SW version and what camera you used, devkit or custom board and what have you done.

I used the Jetson Xavier NX development board, 4.6.4 SDK, the on-board imx219 camera, and added a telephoto lens to the camera, so the picture turned red

it’s likely an IQ (image quality) related issue,
could you please share the capture results for reference.
IIRC, there were some IQ issue with Raspberry Pi v2 cameras (IMX219) on Xavier NX, you may see-also similar discussion thread for reference,

Yes, it may be caused by the mismatch between the lens CRA and the cmos sensor CRA, so I would like to ask if the screen can be adjusted to normal through the ISP in view of this situation
