This is the error I get when I try to install version 8.0 of CUDA toolkit on a Windows 10 64-bit machine with a Quadro P600. It’s not clear if I need to install its display driver (I’m using the computer’s onboard video to drive the monitor), so I tried to do that, but it “failed”.
Install the latest driver for your P600. [url]Official Drivers | NVIDIA
Then run the CUDA 8 toolkit installer, but deselect the option to install the driver.
Uh, did you read/see the full post?
Anyone else?
On the second attempt to install the driver,
I rebooted and attempted the graphics driver installation a third time and it worked. However, the original problem remains, it claims the graphics driver could not find compatible hardware.
I decided to proceed. I installed the CUDA runtime and Phys. I won’t know if it worked for a while though.
