The issue of using the deepstream_parallel_inference_app

i want to output the video one by one ,not use the me-ta-mux ,what should i do ?

What do you mean to output the video one by one? To open multiple windows and display one video in each window?

The app is open source, you can remove nvmultistreamtiler with nvstreamdemux. The usage is just as described in Gst-nvstreamdemux — DeepStream 6.3 Release documentation. And there is reference code in deepstream-app sample app.
