We have a batch of Xavier NX modules, one of which is on the backplane of the kit. After the power off operation, the carrier is still charged, but other modules will not have this situation.
How can I solve this problem?
Hi, can you share more detail info? What do you mean “After the power off operation, the carrier is still charged”? Is it on your own carrier board? If so, how many modules have you tested with the carrier?
After executing the “shutdown - h now” command, the system has no display and no information output from the serial port, but the board indicator is still on.
This carrier board has tested more than 100 Xavier NX modules
