Dear @Tom.Zheng , We only noticed that reflashing fixed the issue for couple of customers. It seems you are getting the issue frequently. can you show me the position of Thermal device on the Pegasus module board? May I know why you need it. Accordingly, I need to check with team.

Dear @Tom.Zheng , There is no command to disable to Thermal device. Could you check reflashing ( Reflash 99% , the sdkmange stucks ) to see if core A can be flashed/booted. Also, May I know when did you notice this issue? Is the board used in car or office desk?

Hi SivaRamaKrishnaNV, Yes，i can flash the target, there is a gap between poweron and Thermal Alert. Not couple of days, it’s no help flashing core A, turn on power switch again a few second, Thermal Alert shows up. So i don’t think it’s a software problem.
