Thermal management of jetson xavier nx

I would like to ask about thermal design of jetson xavier nx.
I’d like to decrease thermal resistance between CPU of jetson and heat sink using TIM.
Is it OK that I use TIM which has not only thermal conductance but also electrical conductance?
