Thermal Simulations of NVIDIA Jetson Xavier SoM

Hello Team,
I am working to configure some thermal simulations of the Jetson Xavier NX under TMP conditions (15W). These will be done with the 3D STEP File of the SoM and additional heat management components.

For setting up these simulations, I wanted to clarify the correct material to assign to the SoM module. Also, should 15W be distributed only across the top of the SoM module, or across all exposed surfaces?

Finally, does NVIDIA have any insight on the natural convection coefficient to assign to this board for a fanless design (under ambient room temperature)?
