we are planning to use the NXXavier inside a system which is installed in a field. environment temperature of 40 deg Celsius.
We plan to connect a heat sink to the board.
Can you send us your recommendation on how to connect the heat sink to the Xavier?
which areas of the board should be cooled?
Do you have any heat sink or other of the shelf kit that we can purchase?
the components on the processor side are not in the same height. Do you have a leveling kit?

Hi nirhf64f, we will publish a Thermal Design Guide for Xavier NX closer to the time of availability which will cover the heatsink design for the module (please see this post). Thanks for your patience as we verify the details required for this before release.
