Hello,
I have a setup on an Asus motherboard with triple NVidia RTX A4000 graphic cards. When getting to step 2 of Mosaic config. It states “Mosaic is not supported. This may be due to firmware-related issues.”
There are 10 displays connected (LG UL3J series displays, and 8 of 10 of them are connected by the same DP to HDMI/F adapter cable from Extron)
The error messages is there as soon as I checkbox the first screen of the 2nd or 3rd RTX card.
What am I missing here to make it work?
OS: Win Server 2022
nVidia firmware and Sync II firmware is on the latest version.
All displays have been set manually in the nVidia software to 1080p/60
When I’m hovering over the “sync capabilities icon”. it says “Multi GPU Sync/Quadro Sync”
Hi,
This is likely because not all 10 displays are connected with the same adapters. Can you confirm that you can create an 8 display Mosaic when all the adapters are the same?
Another thing you could try would be to export the EDID from one display and force that same EDID on all of the others (in the View System Topology page for each display).
Otherwise you will need to get 10 adapters that are all the same.
Hope that helps,
Steve

Hi,
Active adapters can be problematic – can you check if they are from our recommended adapter list:
Other things to try are forcing the (same) EDID from a file on all connectors. Additionally the configureMosaic.exe utility can sometimes lead to better results than the Nvidia Control Panel for larger number of displays:
