Trying Ganverse 3D, and Create crashed both times

I tried using a .jpg Sedan stock photo and then tried saving it as a .png and it crashed both times. Is my image too big? 3456 x 2308.

I also tried resizing it down 1920 x 1280 and still crashed.

It is just a plain jane gray sedan on a white background.

Here is a very scaled down version of the image (so I don’t violate stock photo rights)

Is this not the right type of photo?

This product has so much potential if you expand from cars to every object in the Universe. I’ll wait.
