I plug in the TX1 board and the CR5 diode shines in red. The diode is near the fan and a warning “CVM Powered!”. I haven’t seen this in others’ videos before. Can anybody tell me what is happening? Thanks.
This red LED is added from P2597-B03 on to indicate power is active on the CVM. You can get this info in the last page of schematic, REVISION HISTORY.
I see the same LED (CR5) on so thanks for clearing that up. It appears that this LED On is normal. I also have the PCIe/SATA LED (CR6) on as well. Is this normal as well?
Yes, it indicates 12V power supply to PCIe is normal.
