why is it that anything i try to install on my agx doesnt install, or have the correct packages or update for this or that, not even the web browsers work. Yolo doesnt install, and cameras barely get 30 fps just as a normal camera.

For web browser issue, have you tried the patch - Jetson/L4T/r36.4.x patches - eLinux.org?
