I have setup vehicle as per sample but couldn’t see it moving, wondering what could be the general problem (or) how do we check where is the problem in this scenario? I really appreciate if anybody can throw some light!

I recommend you take a look at the Troubleshooting section of the Vehicles guide that is included in the PhysX SDK documentation. It covers the most frequent issues that users have encountered.
