Hi,
In my design I’m not using all the pins.
Some pins I left unconnected.
At the user manuel it doen’t write if it’s input or output or is there any pullup at the AGX.
For example F6, H54, J59,H57 etc.
Do I need to add pullup on my board?

No need. Please refer to the chapter “Unused MPIO Interfaces” and “Unused SFIO Interface Pins” in Design Guide for detail.
