HDMI display interface has been stuck here, the UART and USB did not respond !!

SDK version： R32.1

Please move to latest release. R32.1 is a little out-of-date.

Now the old version of the driver porting to the new version caused an exception,
so want to brush back to the old version for verification

If I swipe a new version, then swipe an old version of the SDK, is it not compatible?
