With reference to the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit. I am Installing Jetson Software with SDK Manager. In the following process, after manually setting up there are the following issues on the installation.

I recommend that you disconnect the Jetson from the host, then disconnect the power supply to the Jetson. and reseat the NVMe securely. After that you can try again to see if the NVMe SSD goes up.
By reseating the NVMe drive, I mean that unplugging the NVMe SSD from the Jetson Orin Nano, and then replug it into the M.2 slot. You can watch the section “Install SSD” of this video for more information
