X server crashed after the driver installed's reboot on rtx 2080

I bought a zotac rtx 2080 last week with a Z390 aorus elite. And I want to fit them into ubuntu system.
As I tried 18.04 and 16.04 with different version drivers(ppa and .run also), I always got the same crashed after reboot.

Will upload bug-report tonight. I have to go to work.

That looks like a faulty gpu.
Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting .gz file to your post. Hovering the mouse over an existing post of yours will reveal a paperclip icon.

append another log

Most likely broken

[ 9.639951] NVRM: GPU 0000:01:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x26:0xffff:1155)
[ 9.639967] NVRM: GPU 0000:01:00.0: rm_init_adapter failed, device minor number 0

Try reseating the card, check in another system, then RMA.
