I was wondering if anyone knows if the TX1 can handle four usb3.0 cameras at a time? The resolution would be 808x608 at 50 FPS.

The usb 3.0 speed is up to 5000 Mbps and it should be support your use case in theory.

The theoretical speed limit of usb3 is 5Gbps but the practical limit is more like half that.
