what could be reason why let’s say 6 / 10 times when i turn on the nano,it gets stuck on the nvidia logo and it is not able to boot properly ? I should re try a lot of time before it boot normally. what can I do to fix this problem ?
You would need to provide a serial console boot log from one of the failures before anyone would be able to comment. See:

Stuck in nvidia logo is just the result. The reason behind this could be various. Maybe bootloader or kernel.
Please try to dump the log as linuxdev’s posts here. We need the log to tell what is going on.
I’ve investigated further and I found that the hdmi to dvi cable is very hungry of power. I have removed it and it works better,more stable. This is one reason.
