Add noise to the lidar in ActionGraph

Hello,
The Isaac version I’m using now is 2023.1.1. I want to add noise to the lidar in ActionGraph. I found the Noise node in ActionGraph, is it using the Noise node? I can’t find the documentation, can you explain how to connect?
