Agx crash

Hi

An AGX Xavier carsh easily after upgrade to JP 4.4.1 from JP 4.4.
However, it worked well with JP 4.4.

We are trying to clarify that the crash is caused by new SDK or AGX hardware.

Not sure about this issue.

  1. How many jetson xavier can hit this issue?

  2. Is there any application running on it when you hit this issue?

  3. What was the method to upgrade? sdkmanager or apt upgrade?

  4. Will it hit error again if you flash it back to jetpack4.4?

Here are my updates.

  • How many jetson xavier can hit this issue?
    One form our customer.

  • Is there any application running on it when you hit this issue?
    The crash happened unexpectedly, most of time, if memory loading more than 15G with many containers running.
    But it did crash as installing jetson benchmark.

  • What was the method to upgrade? sdkmanager or apt upgrade?
    Reflash ( but checking with customer using sdkmanager or not)

  • Will it hit error again if you flash it back to jetpack4.4?
    Perfer to know what problem is first before doing any re-flash.

Please ask customers to try non-docker case to test their usecase and see if issue would be reproduced.
