Before anything can be understood you probably need to post a serial console boot log (uses the micro-OTG port, see the docs on serial console since AGX dev kit has the ability built in by using nothing more than the micro-B USB cable).
Also, I’m not sure what you mean by “reloading manager configuration”. If you mean that as a log line, then it’ll be visible in the serial console boot log. If not, you might mention if you meant that the unit was flashed. Do be sure to say if the unit had been previously working, or if this is a fresh flash (and if it is flashed, what release it was flashed with).
