AGX Xavier power sequence of timing parameter

Hello!
We use AGX Xavier as core board,need to kown the power sequence time parameter as follow.
1.VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N high to Power button low
2.Power button high to MODULE_POWER_ON high
3.MODULE_POWER_ON high to Module Power(Vl)
4.MODULE_POWER_ON high to CARRIER_POWER_ON high
5.CARRIER_POWER_ON high to SYS_RESET_N high
