I assume it runs on 24 bits. Do you see any problem?

No it is on 12 bits.
Do we need to do some setting to run on 24 bits?

Could you share your command to run the camera?

sudo ./sample_camera --rig=/path/to/ar0820_entron_camera

cd /usr/local/driveworks/bin
sudo ./sample_camera --rig=/usr/local/driveworks/data/samples/sensors/camera/camera/rig_ar0820.json

The sensor’s output is 12bits. You may try contacting Entron and see if they have a driver to support 24bits. Thanks.
