Cannot enter force recovery mode Jetson AGX Orin

While attempting to reflash the AGX Orin dev kit, I am not able to enter force release mode. I have been following the steps in the guide exactly.

After following the steps, the lsusb command does not show any changes.

Also, when the device is powered on, the fan starts for a few seconds and then turns off. I am no longer able to connect a display port to use the device, and I cannot connect to the device remotely.

The fan is normal. As far as USB goes, are you using a VM? VMs very often cause this for lack of passing through USB correctly.

After using a different cable, I was able to reflash the board. I am having other issues now but they are not directly related so I will open a new discussion.
