I can not enter a force recovery mode on my jetson AGX

Resets dev kit, then connection is lost and … unit starts again.
Is this hw problem?
Pressing two buttons is not something that should go wrong.
Are you using a DevKit?
What is connection is lost?
Did you plug in the USB-C cable with the right port?
Yes, I use AGX ORIN dev kit.
Usb c side is connected in port 10 and other side is in PC.
Putty is used for connection (com11 115200 - in my case)
Middle button is pressed
while middle button is pressed, reset button is pressed
both buttons are released
Modul restarts.
Putty says that connection is lost.
I don’t think trying on Windows means anything.
You still need a Ubuntu PC to flash the device after put it in force recovery mode.
Are you using the right USB-C port (the one next to 40 pin headers) on the device?
I don’t know what your port 10 means.

Original NVIDIA USB cable in right USB-C port.
I mean are you using the right port to connect it to your PC?
Both USB-C port can act as power source, but only the one next to 40 pin header can be used for flashing.
Port showed in the image is connected to PC.
Then please RMA the device.
