Can't Download Nvidia Drivers

H have the 176.76 version of my drivers currently downloaded.
I’m running on a windows vista, 64-bit notebook, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics card, and when I try to download the 185.5 version for my 64-bit computer, I keep getting these messages popping up during the installation:

[b]See the CUDA 2.2 replys because my machine has the same problem.

Can we get a NVIDIA engineer to fix it?
