Client fails to aquire license after driver upgrade. ESXI Host, Ubuntu Client

Hello,

I recently upgraded the NVIDIA-SMI drivers from 460.01.03 to 535.154.05 on an ESXI 7.0 hose. After this I upgrade the drivers on Ubuntu Clients on that host. Upgrade seem to have went through successfully, but when I check for the license, I am unable to obtain the license.

The license can be obtain on the client before the driver upgrade, but after it is not able to retrive it.

Before driver upgrade on client

I am new to this process and was looking for next steps how to resolve this? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Flexera license server is EOL for almost 1 year now. There is no support for flexera any more with the latest drivers. You need to use NLS. In addition, there is also no support for vCS any more. C profiles are only supported with Nvidia AI Enterprise.

Thank you for the response. Could you tell me what the last driver/CUDA version that was supported with teh Flexera license server?

Im looking for to get things working with at least 11.8 CUDA.

vGPU 13 which is R470 branch. I did not check if this supports CUDA 11.8 already
