Create and other Omniverse apps not launching through the launcher

I am trying to launch Create from the omniverse launcher and nothing happens. I am trying to run Omniverse on an server with the following hardware:
Processor: AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 3975wx 32-cores, 2200MHz
GPU: 4x nvidia RTX A5000 driver version 470.103.01
Memory: 32Gb DDR4 ram
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.4

According to the log files it seems like Create is not recognizing any gpu as a valid gpu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
