Create crashing on launch

Create worked a bit yesterday. I downloaded a couple other omniverse apps. I tried to launch the tetris extension. I tried launching Create. Now, I only see splash screen, then create for about 1 second and it crashes.

I’ve read a few other postings. I didn’t see anything like 2 GPUs.
I have tried deleting “shader cache” (or all files in: “C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache”
I’ve removed the omni.tetris folder from extensions folder.

I’m going to try and attach my log… the critical lines appear to be:

Its not clear from the above why its crashing, one option is to go to launcher, settings next to version of create and uninstall, than reinstall.

Perhaps it has something to do with this device is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070?

Another device I’m using where it is not crashing is running NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.

Any other options aside from uninstall / reinstall?

I’m also having a crashing issue with Create. When I had Ubuntu 16.04, it was fine, But I upgraded Ubuntu to 18.04 because I couldn’t get Autodesk Maya to install for 16.04, so I thought it would help since it was recommended. Now, Create crashes and Maya doesn’t install either. I’ve installed and reinstalled Create. I also upgraded from 455.28 to 460.67. Here is what the terminal shows when I open Omniverse before launching create:

When I launch Create it shows the following and then just crashes with no other error:

Any ideas? I purged ROS from the system, btw.

Also, I’ve got an AMD Ryzen 1950X processor and an RTX-3090.
