Cyclictest/ jetpack issues

Hello,

after flashing the Jetson AGX Orin or AGX Xavier it is not possible to run cyclictest.
The error message “Unable to change scheduling policy! Probably missing capabilities, either run as root or increase RLIMIT_RTPRIO limits” is displayed.
Even as root the program cannot be started.

However, if the devices are flashed without the Jetson SDK components, cyclictest works. But after a subsequent installation of nvidia-jetpack cyclictest does not work anymore.

Jetpack version 5.0.2 was used.

Are there any solutions for this problem?
