Cylinder Lights (10) are not working in RTX Interactive (Path Tracing) Render. All other lights work?

I have a talk-show type set with lots of disk and sphere lights, and 10 cylinder lights that light roman columns.
When I switch from real time render to RTX Interactive, those cylinder lights go out.

I reset all of the renders, except for the flow settings I need for fire. and I set Mesh-Light Sampling since I read that is useful for scene with lots of lights.

With the exception of a Beer on the small table. The entire set with stay fixed. I have not yet transferred a character from iClone 8. The set is already using 8.4gb of the 10gb on my RTX 3080 Card. But it has hardly touched my 128gb of CPU RAM Memory?

Can you collect and zip up the scene and send it over so I can review. You can send it privately if you want through a DM.
