Details of the pinout for the jetson TX2 NX?

Hello, where can I find details of the pinout for the jetson TX2 NX?
I am planning to develop a carrier board for it.
Need just an XLS/CSV file explaining the assignment of pin 1 to pin 260, not a fancy comparision between pinouts of all different NVIDIA 260-pin SoMs…
